To show nearby nurseries, process bookings and payments, prevent fraud, provide support, and improve Soghari. We do not sell your personal data.

We process personal data under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law on the bases of contract performance, legitimate interest, legal obligation, and your consent where required.

We share booking details with the nursery you book, and limited data with payment and infrastructure providers acting on our behalf under data-processing terms.

Under PDPL you may access, correct, or delete your data, withdraw consent, and object to certain processing. See the Delete my data page or contact us.

Before the app and nursery portal are live, this website collects: (a) waitlist sign-ups — your email, phone number, and whether you are a parent or a nursery; and (b) contact-form messages — your name, email, and message. This data is used only to notify you at launch, respond to you, and plan onboarding — never sold. The legal basis is your consent; you can ask us to delete it at any time via the Delete my data page or by contacting us.
