Privacy Policy

Soghari is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question — including a request to access, correct, or delete your data — email turki@soghari.com and we will respond.

Account details you give us: your name, mobile number, and email address. Your children's details: each child's name and date of birth, which you enter yourself. Your activity on Soghari: bookings, enrolments, payments made, and messages or photos you send to a nursery. Technical data needed to run the service: an account identifier and, if you enable notifications, a device token so we can reach you.

If you allow it, your device's location is used only on your device, to centre the map on where you are. We do not receive, transmit, or store your location.

You provide your child's name and date of birth so we can show places suited to their age and so the nursery knows who is arriving. We share it only with the nursery you book or enrol with. We never use children's data for advertising, never sell it, and never share it with anyone else for their own purposes. You can view, correct, or delete any child on your profile at any time.

To show nearby nurseries, process bookings and payments, prevent fraud, provide support, and improve Soghari. We do not sell your personal data.

We process personal data under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law on the bases of contract performance, legitimate interest, legal obligation, and your consent where required.

We share your booking or enrolment details with the specific nursery you book or enrol with. We also share limited data with service providers who process it on our behalf under data-processing terms: Geidea, our payment provider — you enter your card details on Geidea's own secure payment page, and Soghari never sees or stores your card number; Google and Firebase, for app hosting, maps, and notifications; and Sentry, which receives crash and performance reports that carry no account identity. We do not sell your personal data.

Under PDPL you may access, correct, or delete your data, withdraw consent, and object to certain processing. See the Delete my data page or email turki@soghari.com.

Before the app and nursery portal are live, this website collects: (a) waitlist sign-ups — your email, phone number, and whether you are a parent or a nursery; and (b) contact-form messages — your name, email, and message. This data is used only to notify you at launch, respond to you, and plan onboarding — never sold. The legal basis is your consent; you can ask us to delete it at any time via the Delete my data page or by contacting us.

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. For any privacy question, email turki@soghari.com.
